Winter Vacation Home Visit
At the beginning of the winter vacation, the teachers of Anqing Foreign Language School's Junior High School Division of the east campus started the winter vacation home visit activity with full encouragement and expectations for the children. Specifically, teachers went out of school and into the living environment of students, wanting to better understand the world of children and listen to the voice of each family. Besides, communicating with children in a familiar environment is a good opportunity to help children grow.
First and foremost, during the home visit activities, teachers brought students' progress certificates and exchanged with parents about their children's learning at school. Meanwhile, teachers carried out targeted communication and patient guidance according to the learning characteristics of junior high school students, putting forward practical suggestions for winter vacation education. Therefore, home visits are like a link between home and school to enhance each other's emotions in exchange.
Furthermore, during home visit, parents often talked about their hard work and their expectations for their children. Thus, the participation of the teachers made the growing children understand the hard work of their parents, so that the children were more willing to patiently listen to the opinions and suggestions of their parents. On the other hand, through home visits, love and responsibility continued to extend, and met each other, thus building a bridge for the growth of children.
Last but not the least, home visits, such 'zero-distance' communication, not only made the relationship between parents, children and teachers closer, but also provided more comprehensive and detailed care and guidance for the growth of children.
In summary, it's believed that with the joint efforts of home and school, Anqing Foreign Language School's students will definitely write the beauty of their youth!
